Family Members and People of Andaman Islands pay Homage at Homfraygunj on 30th January 2023

44 Freedom Fighters were shot dead by Japanese forces on 30^th January 1944 at Homfraygunj, and a memorial has been erected now.  The family members of these martyrs and the general public pay homage to the martyrs every year on 30^th January.  This year, they paid homage ceremoniously on 30^th January 2023.  Shri Kuldeep Rai Sharma, Hon’ble MP of the Islands, was the Chief Guest.  He joined the Nation in saluting these brave martyrs.
